Bungalow on the lake/river with beach & playground

Bungalow for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people, about 25 km north of Albufeira, on a large, secluded private property by the lake with a large southwest-facing terrace and lake views. Very quiet location surrounded by nature with a playground and table tennis/hobby room. No traffic, no planes, no tourists – but a fantastic starry sky. We have our own private beach with lake access. 6 kayaks & 2 SUPs 20€ each per day. Jet skis 50€ minimum. The lake's water levels vary depending on rainfall. Our large playground for your children, with "tree house", trampoline, slide, 2 swings, sandpit and lots of beach sand, is located a little distance from your Bungalow in the direction of the wooden house (second rental property). 6 kayaks and 2 big SUP's for sea/river trips are available - each 20€ by day NEW 2024: We have reconstructed part of our ruin into a shared hobby and party room. Here you will find a new, foldable table tennis table with all accessories, a 65" Smart TV (Astra satellite), a connected JBL 300 party box, a wood-burning stove, a refrigerator and plenty of seating inside and outside. The large terrace in front is currently still under construction, but already has a table, bench and BBQ. If the wooden house (2nd property) is rented out at the same time, the playground, kayaks, beach & table tennis room are available to both tenants. Agreements with each other allow individual use. I am happy to help. The nearest larger town is S.B. de Messines with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, petrol stations etc., less than 10 minutes away by car. The ocean beaches of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera are about 25 minutes by car from Messines. The last pictures show the wooden house! Guest access There is ample parking space right next to the bungalow. Other things to note Our black cat Tosca mainly stays upstairs in the private area and should not be chased.
