Carefree-Rentals Two bedroom Holiday Cottage with sea views & 300 yards from the beach. Sleeps 6 with a double sofa bed in the Sunlounge. Camping in the garden is also allowed & Pets allowed subject to status. Porthcothan Bay is set on Cornwall's north coast & benefits from stunning scenery and a beautiful sandy beach with blue seas popular with surfers & bathers alike. Within the immediate area there are a variety of activities on offer including water sports; surfing, sailing, coastal walks. The space Seagulls has a modern fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer. There is a lounge & also a sun room which has a double sofabed if required. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed & bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is plenty of outdoor space with several patios, lawns & the top field accessed by the wooden bridge - ideal for watching the glorious sunsets over the bay. *Seagulls also has the advantage of a half-acre garden which is available for limited camping, please ask. Guest access Access is via a coded keysafe. Information regarding directions & access codes will be sent via email prior to the date of arrival. Access is not permitted before 4pm on the date of arrival & guests must leave before 10am on the date of departure. The whole house and gardens are available for guests. Unfortunately due to the location and steep stepped pathway this property is not suitable for guests with mobility problems. Other things to note Parking for two vehicles is available on the Private Road just outside the Property. House Keeping & Change Over Services available.
