There is plenty of outdoor space with several patios, lawns & the top field accessed by the wooden bridge - ideal for watching the glorious sunsets over the bay. *Seagulls also has the advantage of a half-acre garden which is available for limited camping, please ask. Guest access Access is via a coded keysafe. Information regarding directions & access codes will be sent via email prior to the date of arrival. Access is not permitted before 4pm on the date of arrival & guests must leave before 10am on the date of departure. The whole house and gardens are available for guests. Unfortunately due to the location and steep stepped pathway this property is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.
