Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room/kitchen, a club-style lounge, a separate toilet with a sink, a small laundry/storage room. Upstairs, via the staircase from the dining room: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190) (2 single beds 80 x 200 (can be joined to form a 160 x 200 bed) and a bathroom (shower, sinks and toilet). Upstairs via the staircase on the living room side: a mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190) with an open private bathroom (retro bathtub and sink). 5 TVs in total in the cottage. In the courtyard, an outbuilding offers: a relaxation area, an infrared SAUNA for 2 people, a walk-in shower and a sink, a small relaxation lounge. In the courtyard and under cover: a 5-person SPA. The property is fenced with a 50 m2 paved courtyard/terrace and parking space for 2 vehicles. See photo of the site. A few steps higher: a 100 m2 enclosed garden with a relaxation area and deck chairs (out in summer depending on the weather). A free shed ideal for bicycles. The cottage is adjacent to a house. The spa is heated year-round. The sauna and spa are private to the renter. The curtains around the spa are only installed in summer and depending on the weather.
