Soul Costa Brava House l 'Estartit

Beautiful house placed to 7 minutes by car from L'Estartit's beach, in full center of the Costa Brava. It is ideal for travellers who want to discover the region or simply to enjoy the beach and the tranquillity and the relaxation or a dinner in the garden under the stars. The house is located in the Urbanization La Torre Vella in half a way between L'Estartit and Torroella de Montgrí, in a natural environment. For hiking lovers a GR route pass behind the house. We recommend coming by car. The space The house is perfectly equipped for the families, in it you will find for the Childs, high chair, baby cot, and plates, fork, spoon special for them, also soap and colony for babies and all the utensils of kitchen that you would need. Also we provide to you in a free way the bed linen. Also you will find and umbrella for the beach and beach toys. Also we put to your disposition three ventilators, though the house is cool in summer and in winter the chimney distributes the heat for the whole house, nevertheless also we have electrical heating. Our aim is that you could enjoy of your Holydays and don´t be worry about nothing and to avoid disagreeable last-minute surprises. The house has a beautiful garden where to relax it, to converse it or simply to play. In the front garden we have a barbecue that will do the delights of the aspirants to chef, even there is Basketball board :) In front of the house there is a parking lot that belongs to the house, where could to leave your car with total tranquillity. Guest access You rent the whole house, there is no any limitation of access, and this is available for you completely. Going out for the door of the garden you will find a small playground with a swing, a slide and other infantile games. To emphasize that to 2 minutes walking of the house is the club Torre vella where there is a swimming pool that is authorized to use without any cost so often than you want. We will give you a card of access that it is necessary to present to requirement of the employees. The club also has bar, restaurant and a small bar in the swimming pool. IMPORTANT: Club Torre Vella and the swiming pool opens from Easter to 30th september. At the entry of the urbanization there is a great supermarket where you can find everything that you need.
