Bedroom 3 has two twin memory foam loft beds and a full-size futon, tv & dvd player. Stackable full-size washer and dryer located just outside the master bedroom and kitchen. Spacious living room with plenty of seating, smart tv, dvd player, and free wifi. Also offered: Air conditioning, patio seating & gas grill. There are some movies and games for rainy days (dartboard, ping pong neat to use on the table, croquet, ladder ball, bocce ball, washer toss). The area is perfect for getting away from it all, but still close of enough to do so many things. Cleaning fee is $125. Kayaks/SUP available for rent, please inquire PRIOR to arrival if interested. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11 am sharp, fees will be charged if not checked-out on time. Our cleaning crew needs time to clean between same day rentals.
