This is a 50 m2 one-bedroom apartment on one level that overlooks a private garden area for you. It is comfortable, living room with fitted kitchenette and a workspace. The equipped kitchen is open to the living area, bathroom with a large shower and a cozy and spacious bedroom, new 160 cm bedding, sheets provided. The apartment is carefully decorated to make you feel at home, and equipped so that you don't miss anything during your stay! If you come by car, you will have a private parking space available. Flowery and wooded garden and in spring and summer, the garden abounds with roses, multicolored flowers and other plants of all kinds, which make the setting simply splendid! HOUSE RULES: - Pets not allowed - No smoking inside - Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out no later than 11 a.m. (can be flexible depending on demand) - In view of the layout of the house (semi-detached), no noise at night please Even if it is a townhouse, you retain all your independence. If you want to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy, this is not incompatible with the choice of this accommodation! We can provide everything you need for a baby, or a toddler (baby bed, highchair, bathtub) We provide a folding extra bed for a 3rd person, which will be installed in the same room. Free private parking on site for 1 car only PS: We do not provide a washing machine but there is a laundromat available in the city center 5 minutes away by car.
