Self check in and self check out. *** We look forward to welcoming you to your brand new, spacious 250 sq ft, bedroom that was added as an extension in 2018 to our home, where we live. The guestroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance on the first floor. We take great pride in taking care of this space and making sure it is clean and functional, as it is part of our house. The guest room has a keypad for key-less entry. In the bedroom, you will find a king bed with a new, comfortable Brooklyn Bedding mattress. The en-suite bathroom is well equipped with all toiletries and a well-pressured rain shower. Also in the room is a mounted 50" TV with free Netflix, personal temperature control (Nest) for heating, refrigerator, air conditioner (summer months), coat/shoe rack, dresser with mirror/drawers, and a working table with chair. A modern chandelier and recess lights make the room feel contemporary. The room has three large windows with plentiful sunlight. The room opens up to a porch and backyard where you can park your car for free. Room Includes: AC Fridge Microwave Water Kettle Study Desk and Chair Iron Hair Dryer All Bathroom Essentials including Towels Free parking is available inside our driveway. 240 V charging accessible for Tesla/ Electric cars at additional nominal cost; all cars other than Tesla will require an adapter. Guest access Entire Room (except closet), private bathroom, dresser with drawers, night stand with drawers, bathroom, porch, backyard. Other things to note Kitchen is NOT included. This is NOT an entire house; it is an extension to our home (attached), where we reside . The space is completely private meaning there is private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom, so you will have complete privacy. You can park inside our driveway. However, if you choose to park on the street, Street Cleaning is on Thursdays and Fridays 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, so please be sure to follow the signs, and park on alternate side during these times. Cleaning during COVID-19: We are strictly following enhanced cleaning protocols per CDC guidelines. This includes ventilating the room before we clean, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces with disinfectants, and washing all linens and towels at the highest heat setting. The cleaning company uses protective gear (masks and gloves) while cleaning.
