Located in Baie de Somme, in Bois de Cise, in an exceptional protected site, near beautiful cliffs. The super-equipped house is ready to comfortably accommodate 12 adults and/or children (with childcare equipment available). The location of the house, in the heart of a forest, offers a very quiet and rejuvenating setting, while being a short walk to the beach. The space The house is surrounded by trees with birds and squirrels, in the heart of a wood (protected site) and not far from the beach. You will be welcomed by an experienced and warm-hearted person, who will provide you with all the necessary information. Self check-in is possible using a key box. The accommodation is suitable for 10 adults and 3 babies (1 cot and 2 travel cots). Good wifi thanks to fiber optic. Additional details: - Weekends with holidays are rented for a minimum of 3 nights (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost...) - For the Christmas and New Year period, minimum rental 4 nights. - Weekends outside of school holidays start on Friday at 4pm to Sunday 2pm - Mid-week rental possible outside of school holidays: ask for the rate. For rentals via Airbnb the sheets are provided and placed on the bed . We do not provide bath and beach towels .parking 4 cars in the garden. Attention: for electric cars it is not allowed to load on site ( risk of causing electrical outages) . There are public kiosks at Auchan de Mers les bains ideal during your shopping . Guest access the whole house Other things to note Childcare equipment available: crib and crib, highchair, park, baby bath. Garden swing, sandpit, and children's and board games. The garden is fenced. Books for adults and children. Protected barbecue under the car-port. The rental price does not include heating: Meter reading on arrival: €2/l of heating oil consumed, to be paid on site. Prices as of 1 May 2026 A new fireplace ( March 2025) in the living room, with logs available in the garden at will allows you to heat the ground floor. A tourist tax of €2 per person over 18 years of age per night, for a 4-star classified villa for furnished tourist accommodation, will in principle be charged by the platform. Noisy party not allowed to respect the quiet environment of the place. 1 dog max. is accepted and we ask their master to make sure to respect the house and garden . A supplement of €60 per stay for a dog is payable on site. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to charge electric cars at the property (risk of blowing the circuit breakers). There are charging stations at the Auchan in Mers-les-Bains (6 km). Thanks
