The super-equipped house is ready to comfortably accommodate 12 adults and/or children (with childcare equipment available). The location of the house, in the heart of a forest, offers a very quiet and rejuvenating setting, while being a short walk to the beach. The space The house is surrounded by trees with birds and squirrels, in the heart of a forest (protected site) and not far from the beach. You will be greeted by an efficient, experienced and kind-hearted person, who will provide you with all the necessary information. Self check-in is possible thanks to a key box. The accommodation is suitable for 12 adults (including a sofa bed for 2 adults in the large games room) and 3 babies (1 crib and 2 cots). Good wifi connection thanks to fiber optics. Additional information: - Weekends with holidays are rented for a minimum of 3 nights (Easter, Ascension, Pentecost...) - For the Christmas and New Year period, minimum rental of 4 nights. - Weekends outside of school holidays start on Friday at 4 p.m. to Sunday 2 p.m. - Mid-week rental possible outside school holidays: ask for the price. For rentals via Airbnb, sheets are provided and placed on the bed. We do not provide bath and beach towels. Garden swing, sandpit, and children's and board games. The garden is fenced. Books for adults and children. Barbecue protected under the carport. The rental price does not include heating: meter reading on arrival: 1.80 L fuel consumed to be paid on site. A new fireplace (March 2025) in the living room, with logs available in the garden at will, allows you to heat the ground floor. Tourist tax €2/p/n for 4-star villa in furnished tourism, in principle will be requested by the platform. Noisy parties are not allowed out of respect for the quiet environment of the premises. 1 dog max. is accepted, and we ask their owner to ensure that the house and garden are respected. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to charge electric cars at home (risk of blowing the circuit breakers). Thank you
