The apartment is located in Straubenhardt Conweiler and situated in a quiet residential area. The owner lives on the first floor, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. I manage the reservations for my mother. Total living space is about 70 sqm. Separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and large living room with glazed balcony. Apartment is freshly renovated, light and sunny. In the kitchen there is everything you need for the everyday kitchen. The space The apartment is suitable for business travelers who appreciate privacy and space, for peace seekers who want to relax for a few days, for people who only want to use the apartment during the day as a home office and for people who need a transitional apartment at short notice. We want our guests to be comfortable. In the kitchen, all basic spices, vinegar and oil and a small supply of food are available so that guests are supplied with the most necessary when they move in. Other things to note In the apartment there is a separate room which is not included in the rent, since there are still personal belongings accommodated. The room is not locked.
