Our remodeled apartment is attached to our home with separate access. View is considered highest and best view at Canyon Lake. Pool and spa area has multiple decks but is shared access at times and not always private. Outdoor grill and patio. . *Extra guests at any given time not on the reservation is strictly prohibited. The space Our apartment unit is below our main home and close to the pool and spa with its own private entrance. Apartment has 1000 sq ft living space with 1 full bath plus 1 outdoor shower, full kitchen, washer, dryer,. Our family, or friends are usually living on property in main home during your stay. As you walk through the door you are greeted with a spacious kitchen and a living room. On the right, the living room consists of a queen size pull out couch, a chair with a leg rest and streaming direct TV service. On the opposite side of the room there is the granite countertop with a sink, refrigerator, gas oven and cooktop, and a microwave. The same room consists of a sizable bathroom with a walk in shower. Through the double door between the kitchen and the living room is the bedroom. The bedroom contains a walk in closet, washer and dryer, two double beds(Pull out single beds underneath) and a pool/ping pong table. Both the rooms together are roughly 1,000 square feet. As you step outside the walkway leads you to outside shower and the large 42 foot infinity pool and spa overlooking, what most consider, the best view in canyon lake. The outside area also contains an outdoor kitchen, linear firepit, and fireplace that also overlook the gorgeous view. Less than a 5 minute drive is the boat ramp No 2 with full access to the lake. The home is centered between Startzville and Sattler and a 20 minute drive from New Braunfels. The horseshoe on the Guadalupe for tubing is 10 minutes away in Sattler, along with the Whitewater Amphitheater. Keep in mind that bringing extra guests not on reservation strictly prohibited. Accommodations and cost adjustments for that should be made only prior to your arrival, no exception. Unauthorized guests forfeit your right to remain on our property. Holiday weekends require 3 day minimum. Weekends are not allowed to be broken up unless for longer stays or other considerations
