Located in beautiful Wears Valley - pool community (2 miles away-free admission) - Mountain Cabin w/views - frequent bear visits (be aware!) - 15 MINS from Pigeon Forge/National Park - Hottub on Large Deck - Pool Table - Foosball table - 2 Private Kg suites - 1 Qn Bunk OPEN LOFT - Roku 50-60in TVs - strong Free Wifi - ample free parking - SUNROOM - equipped Kitchen - BBQ charcoal park grill - located miles from the entrance of Cades Cove - gas fireplace has been dismantled, no gas on property The space - OUTDOOR patio deck with a brand new HOTTUB as of March 12, 2022 (400 sq ft plus) GREAT FOR BBQs - Park Charcoal BBQ in front of cabin (charcoal, lighter fluid, matches not included) - sunroom mancave with pool table and Foosball table - Main floor has a private King bedroom (private bathroom attached) - Upper level has a private King Bedroom (shares bathroom with the LOFT) - Upper level has a open LOFT bedroom with Queen Bunk bed - Main floor has a pull out sleep sofa Full size - The TVs range from 55-65 inches and all Roku, Sling TV is up and running - RENT THE CABIN UP THE STREET FOR LARGER GROUPS! - guests are able to sleep 12 in the cabin due: - king bed sleeps 2 - king bed sleeps 2 - queen bunk (open LOFT) sleeps 4 - 2 pull out sleeper sofas sleeps 4 (recommended for children/smaller adults) TOTAL: 12 - the cabin comfortably accommodates 8 - free parking in front of cabin, ample parking for 4-6 vehicles Guest access - free admission to community pool located at Honeysuckle which is 2 miles from the cabin by car(after booking details are provided for free admission) - We have a long drive way with ample parking for 4-6 cars - the roads up to the cabin are very manageable to drive - the front door is a Nest digital lock (door code to be sent 48 hours prior to check in) Other things to note - We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. 2 trash bags for kitchen trash can, 1 trash bag per trash can located outside in the bear cage (total of 2 trash cans outside). All other cabin supplies will need to be provided by the guests - Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $20 fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. - bunkbeds by nature can be squeaky, please be aware of noise potential. - the tub in the master bathroom is NOT a jacuzzi tub, it is to be used only as a regular bathtub. - the gas fireplace is inoperable. Do not attempt usage as it will not work. The gas tank has been removed from the property for guest safety as of February 12, 2024. No gas tanks are located anywhere on the property for guest safety. This is a gas free cabin. - the last 1/2 mile of the road leading to the cabin, some guests may consider the road steep, during snow season we recommend an AWD vehicle. - in the mountains of east Tenneesee you will encounter wildlife, not limited to bears, deer, rodents, raccoons, critters, etc., these are normal and usual for all of East Tennessee - black bear frequent the area and cabin as it is located in the mountains and close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park. - food, beverages, spices, condiments, bagged ice are not provided. Guests are responsible for such items. - hottub - use at your own risk. If you have sensitivity to pool or hottub chemicals we advise that you do not use the hottub. - trash pick up is scheduled with the cleaning company upon your departure, if you need a scheduled trash pick up during your stay there is a $55 fee. - Mountain Nature Disclaimer Please note: Our cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains, surrounded by forest and wildlife. While we have routine pest control and take preventative steps, occasional sightings of insects/critters may occur — especially during seasonal shifts. This is common for mountain cabins and not a sign of poor cleanliness. We respond quickly to any concerns if notified during your stay. - communicate with the host only through the Airbnb App
