Villa Elios is an independent villa, air-conditioned throughout, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large furnished covered veranda. The space Villa Elios offers its guests the comfort of 100m² indoors and 45m² of covered veranda, surrounded by a large garden. The living area is divided into a relaxation space with Sky TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and a small Boose acoustic system, and an equipped kitchen, where you will find everything necessary to prepare your meals at home. On the living room level, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Eight steps separate the living level from the upper floor, where the master double bedroom, the twin bedroom, and the second full bathroom with a washing machine are located. An additional cot for 1 child can be arranged upon request. Both the living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned and connected to the courtyard through French doors. The outdoor veranda includes a table, 2 deck chairs, and a mobile barbecue. The garden, which surrounds the villa on four sides, is bordered by hedges and Mediterranean vegetation. While the north corner offers a wonderful panorama of the wild area of Domus De Maria, the south side enjoys a pleasant view of the neighborhood from an elevated position. The villa is located 110 meters above sea level, and the hill climate is cooler and pleasantly ventilated compared to the coast. The Area: In the south-east of Sardinia, in the unspoiled area of Domus De Maria, not far from some of the most beautiful and internationally awarded beaches on the island and with all the useful services of a characteristic village inhabited all year round by locals, Villa Elios is in a strategic position to discover this corner of Sardinia even in the low season. The town center is reachable in about 10 minutes on foot and you will find: mini-market, bar, restaurant and pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, medical emergency service (guardia medica). The inhabited center dates back to the eighteenth century: traditions, local festivals, and genuineness captivate amateur tourists of the area. Local culinary specialties satisfy both those who prefer typical inland cuisine based on meat, roast, red wine, and cheese, and those who love seafood dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white wine. Several restaurants in the area offer vegetarian menus. A long coastline with white sandy beaches and secular junipers, granite peaks, small sheltered bays in breathtaking panoramas, boat and rubber dinghy trips... for sea lovers. A vast mountain area with Mediterranean flora parks, horseback riding, excursions to wild oases, and million-year-old caves... for those who prefer the mainland :-) Guest access guests enjoy in a completely exclusive way all the spaces of the villa both inside and outside. The garden is periodically visited by the garden worker for the care of the courtyard. It is possible to park one or more vehicles in front of the house. Other things to note -The property provides free bed linen and a set of bath towels per person upon arrival. If guests wish for extra linen, the service can be arranged upon request at the time of booking. -The tourist tax is excluded from the cost of the stay and amounts to €0.5 per person per night.
