Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. The space Our home includes two private bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs. Upstairs the loft has one bed, full bath, tv and two couches. There is also a deck. My home can only accommodate a total of 6 guest. Young children are considered guest. I do not allow animals or service dogs in my home. I am allergic and also want to accommodate guest who are also sensitive. Please message me if you have any questions about this. The kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking tools and spices. We provide WIFI, TV, DVDs, board games to choose from, as well as a record player. We are sometimes staying here in the basement apartment. We do come and go, but might be here during your stay. The basement apt is a separate space. You will NOT SHARE any common spaces with us in the house, other than the driveway. You might not see us, and we have a totally separate entrance back of the house. No animals are permitted in the main house to accommodate people with allergies. Like most places in Vermont we live on a dirt road, we recommend AWD or 4x4 vehicles in the winter and mud season. Cell service can be spotty upon arrival though we do have reception at the house. We recommend taking a look at our notes on directions. Please make yourself at home.
