Room in basement. Only 15mins from Kennedy Subway Station, 35mins to downtown Toronto!Perfect for anyone looking for cozy place for reasonable price. Room is fully furnished with tv, WiFi, Google Chromecast. Room also has a touchpad lock so no need for a key. HOUSE HAS SHARED SPACES TOO. Those include: 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 washer machine and dryer (please check our house rules). There is a camera system around the house (there aren't any cameras in private areas).
