The home can accommodate out of town family and friends for a nearby wedding at Appleford Estate, graduations from nearby universities, holidays, and other special events. This home is perfect for an executive corporate retreat. Gatherings of up to 20 people will be considered, but must be approved by the homeowner. We offer rental discounts for long term stays of more than one week. Please do not inquire about additional discounts. *Min 3 night stay - NO EXCEPTIONS. Meadowbrook has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14. The home has 5 second floor bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath, including two bathrooms in the Master Suite. The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room/office that shares a bath. The first floor is ideal for small family gatherings, rehearsal dinner parties, and corporate meetings while on retreat. The basement includes a kitchen area (complete with dishwasher, refrigerator drawers, ice maker, and microwave), big screen television, pool table, fireplace, lounge seating, full gym, and, powder room. The private pool area includes 6 chaise lounges and table/chairs for 8. The back patio includes a large dining area with umbrella with lounge furniture.
