The house is tastefully and simply decorated to be comfortable and inviting. This is a private home so there may be limited closet or drawer space. There is a laundry room that has a clothing rack for guest use. There is a workout facility half a block away, a variety of places to eat within walking distance as well as downtown shopping, parks and if needed a walk in clinic. As a reminder: the house is a smoke free environment. If you choose to smoke outdoors please be mindful of debris. The space There is plenty of comfortable space on the main floor for working or relaxing. There is a clothing rack in the laundry room available to guests. The porch is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening visiting and having a glass of wine. The upstairs bedroom has a cozy sitting area to enjoy an evening television show or a good book. Also, check out our seasonal decor. A little extra touch to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Guest access The main floor and upper level of the house is accessible to guests. Based on the number of guests booked. Because this is a private home there may be limited closet or drawer space although each bedroom has a place for luggage. The laundry room is available to guests and has a clothing rack if you need to hang any items. The only unavailable area is the basement. It is available as a separate Airbnb listed living space with potential guests. If you have scent sensitivities please let us know in advance as there are air fresheners in the house. There are three bedrooms in the house however, bedrooms are available dependent upon the number of guests booked. *Extra guests are allowed as long as they are included in your reservation. If plans change and you need to add guests there is $20 per night per additional guest fee and can be updated by altering your existing reservation. This is to cover additional costs for housekeeping. We appreciate your understanding! Other things to note The house is very close to the downtown area of Williston. There are places to eat and shop within easy walking distance. The downstairs of the house is a separate Airbnb listing and will potentially have guests.
