This 70 m2 house, with tasteful decor, includes 1 large bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, on a 5000 m2 plot, quietly fenced, with a beautiful panorama. For the summer season, you can enjoy a swimming pool to share with the guests of the 13 m x 5 m yellow house and a playground for children and adults (swing, petanque court, etc.) PARTIES PROHIBITED The space Small new house, with neat decoration consists of a large living/dining room/kitchen open to the terrace with its 2 large bay windows, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet and a large bedroom with a 140 bed and a convertible armchair in 90, also open to the terrace. We provide duvets and pillows for all beds. Bath towels and sheets are provided (but we do not make the beds) There's also parking and a private deck with BBQ and sunbathing.
