The total surface is about 170 square metres. It sleeps up to 8 persons (3 double beds + 3 single beds) in 3 charming bedrooms. The apartment is completely independent (private entrance). The living room and the dining room have direct access to the private patio-loggia and private garden. HOUSE "CASA BRUNELLESCHI" has interiors characterized by stone walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, brick arches and brick niches. Because of the thick stone walls, the house in the summer is always cool (night and day) even when outside is hot. The furniture is carefully selected with antiques and ornaments in order to create a warm and homelike atmosphere. --- The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 very big living room + 1 dining room + kitchen. -- Living room is very big. Actually it is composed by 2 rooms: lounge room + fireplace room. It has a comfortable couches-sofas and armchairs, tables, antique furniture and a working fireplace.
