Villa with pool near Nice

Villa with swimming pool and garden about 15 minutes from Nice city center. Secure parking but only one vehicle possible. A kitchen with all the essentials, full foot. Washing machine and dishwasher On the floor2 independent bedrooms, with television and bathroom as well as separate toilet. Umbrella and sun loungers for meals or moments of relaxation and a barbecue for the bravest. Our rental is essentially based on trust and respect. The space The villa is pleasant because it is located in a space not overlooked and very close to downtown Nice (about 15 minutes by car). The house is on two levels : downstairs, the living room overlooking the terrace and pool. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, each with large glazed cupboards. The largest room overlooks the pool and terrace, it also has a small balcony. Finally, it is equipped with a TV. The second bedroom is also equipped with a TV. The bathroom is spacious and bright and the toilets independent. The kitchen , in the lower room, is fully equipped with a bay window overlooking the garden and a keg under which one can also have breakfast or meals. It is also equipped with a TV and fireplace for the colder months. The pool is private and just remains to be shared with us. It is secured by 3 gates and a fence all around. She's very nice, with a big nerd for the shadows. Sun loungers, umbrellas and no overlook in this setting. The garden is composed of trees ( lime trees, veneer trees,neflier trees, cherry trees and olive trees) as well as flowers but also a « swing" space for the little ones. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house : pool and garden. On the housing side they are totally independent : a private gate to enter the residence and ensure their privacy. Private access to enter inside the villa. Other things to note Depending on the tastes of each Nice and its region can satisfy both sportsmen and sedentaries. However, the house remains a safe harbor to recover from exits and thus be able to leave tomorrow....
