Villa with pool near Nice

Villa with pool and garden about 15 minutes from the city center of Nice. Secure parking but only one vehicle possible. A kitchen with all necessities, on the ground floor. Washing machine and dishwasher Upstairs 2 independent bedrooms, with TV and bathroom as well as a separate toilet. Parasol and loungers for meals or relaxing moments and a BBQ for the bravest. Our rental is mainly based on trust and respect. The space The villa is pleasant because it is located in a space not overlooked and very close to the city center of Nice (about 15 minutes by car). The house is on two levels: downstairs , the living room overlooking the terrace and pool. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, each with large glass closets. The largest bedroom overlooks the pool and terrace, it also has a small balcony. Finally, it is equipped with a TV. The second bedroom is also equipped with a TV. The bathroom is spacious and bright and the toilet is independent. The kitchen , in the lower room, is fully equipped with a bay window overlooking the garden and a arbor under which you can also have breakfast or meals. It also comes equipped with a TV and fireplace in anticipation of the colder months. The pool is private and just to share with us. It is secure with 3 gates and fence all around. It's very nice, with a great deal for shade. Loungers, umbrella and no overlook in this setting. The garden is composed of trees ( lime trees, plaqueminers, neon trees, cherry trees and olive trees) as well as flowers but also a "swing" area for the little ones. Guest access Guests will have access to the main of the house: swimming pool and garden. On the accommodation side, they are totally independent: a private gate to enter the residence and ensure their privacy. Private access to enter the interior of the villa. Other things to note Depending on the tastes of each Nice and its region can satisfy both athletes and sedentaries. The house remains however a haven of peace to recover from the exits and thus be able to leave again the next day.
