It is a 5-minute walk to the beaches of VAL-ANDRÉ and its customs trail. Close to the port of DAHOUET with its shops: bakery, confectionery, cafes and restaurants. The space The house is very well arranged on 3 levels with bathroom and toilet on each floor. It allows families of several generations to be reunited or to warmly welcome groups of friends while preserving a personal space and a certain independence. At the back of the house, pretty fully fenced garden, with trees and flowers for guaranteed moments of relaxation (lounges, sunbeds, barbecue) ... The seaside resort is really very lively in summer and many free or paid activities are offered: long and large supervised sandy beach, free jazz concerts, various water sports, sea trips, hiking or tennis, golf, marine spa... Beautiful landscapes all along the Côte de Penthièvre and Côte d'Emeraude: Sable D'Or les Pins, Erquy, Cap Fréhel, not to mention the admirable towns nearby such as St-Malo, Dinan, Cancale... Outside the summer period, you can enjoy the house on a weekend (2 nights minimum) with a departure time on Sunday at your convenience until 5 p.m. Beautiful walks are possible on the dike that runs along the sea for more than 2 km to the islet of Verdelet, not to mention the famous GR34 customs trail that allows you to enjoy a splendid panorama of the beach of Val André and the cove of Pissot. You can also enjoy the beautiful port of Dahouët, formerly Terres Neuvas, now known as a marina.
