Attached to the house is an annexe (sleeping 2) which is fully self-contained. Ideal for an extra couple who would like a bit more privacy but still be part of the bigger group. Located centrally in Cornwall, with many beautiful beaches, walks, pubs and lots more to entertain the whole family. The space Trematon Holiday Home is located in a quite street on the hill above the town of Penryn with stunning sea views. Penryn is a beautiful historic town with a variety of artisan shops. There a number of cafe's and pubs giving you a good choice of places to enjoy a coffee or some food and entertainment. On entering the property you have a porch area with two doors. One leading to the annexe and one into the main house. The annexe has an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. It has a double ensuite bedroom and is completely self-contained. Ideal for an extra couple who want to be part of the big group but may occasionally like to have some peace and quiet. On entering the main house there is a spacious front hall way with an antique blanket box and a beautiful bentwood coat hanger. Off this room is a lounge with two sofas, two bucket chairs and a bean bag. Walk through to the open plan kitchen dinner, the real hub of this home. A 5 hob gas range cooker with a double oven will make catering for large groups easy. There is a breakfast bar with two bar stools. There is a large dining room table and doors open up into an enclosed garden. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with a shower over the bath) and a separate toilet. The front room is a large richly decorated room with a super king size double bed, an antique wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom two has two single beds, which can be put together to make a large double, a wardrobe and drawers (please note that the beds will be made up as singles). The third bedroom on this floor is a single room with a single bed and a pull out bed extension, allowing two people to sleep comfortably. Ideally this room is for children but it will comfortably sleep adults as well. On the second floor there is a spacious attic room that enjoys the best views across the countryside and sea. This room has a double bed and drawers. On this floor there is another toilet. There are two off-street car parks in front of the house and more parking available on the road if needed. Guest access This is a private house so the guest have sole use of all the house facilities. Other things to note If you wish to bring a dog please contact us. We have a surcharge of £30 per dog with a maximum of two dogs. Please double check pricing with us to get an exact quote for your period of stay. All bed linen and towels are supplied with your booking. We kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels. We also supply a complimentary 'starter pack' of consumables including: toilet roll, cooking oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, washing up liquid, coffee, tea and milk (and a Welcome Pack including scones, cream and strawberry jam!). If you need more supplies there is a large 24 hour Asda a short distance from the house.
