La Suara Tolta
Suara Tolta in Costa Smeralda
Description
The house is surrounded by the greenery of the La Suara Tolta Natural Park, which we own and extends over 240,000 square meters. It is only 1 km from San Pantaleo, the only "real" village on the Costa Smeralda, and a few km from the most enchanting beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. San Pantaleo is a meeting point at night... and a starting point in the morning to visit the rich surroundings on the sea/beach side or to visit the sweet Gallura countryside and visit the inland villages. The space The house, an ancient tool depot recently renovated, is one of the two buildings in the park La Suara Longa which extends for 370,000 sqm, three quarters of which are occupied by dense natural tall wood. It can accommodate 3 adults +1 child. Guest access Access to the house is through the entrance to the property delimited by a wooden gate that gives the possibility to travel the private road that crosses the park for about 350 meters. So it is completely independent. The house is about 40 meters from the main house inhabited by us owners. The 2 houses are divided by thick vegetation that guarantees confidentiality and privacy and floods both homes with its fragrant essences. Other things to note In San Pantaleo, during the months of July and August, there are cultural events and Sardinian folklore shows. In reality, San Pantaleo is "the only" real town on the Costa Smeralda. The charm of its territory with reference to the extraordinary stones to which time and nature have given amazing shapes, the architecture of the ancient stazzi that dominates the town and the hospitality of its people are a powerful attraction for a multitude of visitors who love to stay in San Pantaleo or simply spend an evening visiting the many art shops in the historic center.
