The 7m x 3.5m swimming pool with steps is in front of the house and has a good sunbathing area with loungers. There are lovely views from the garden of the countryside and the sea in the distance - on a clear day you can see Pula town in the distance. You enter the property directly into the open plan kitchen/dining area which has ceramic cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, plus table and chairs for 4; next to here is a bathroom/wc. Off the kitchen, a few steps below, is the living room with satellite TV plus DVD with surround speakers, sofa, armchair and a writing desk . A door from the living room leads down via open tread stairs to the twin bedroom and a shower room/wc next to which is a washing machine in a cubicle. The twin bedroom can also be accessed from the back garden, through a separate door. The double bedroom is located on the gallery reached by the stairs from the kitchen. Air conditioning in the kitchen/dining room keeps the living and gallery areas cool. The outside terrace next to the kitchen is perfect for eating al fresco under shade and another terrace by the house has a built in barbecue. Gora Glusici is the name of a tiny hamlet in the countryside with only 2 or 3 houses, and this charming, brand new villa is just off the hamlet in a secluded location. The nearest sea and beaches are in Trget, a village known for its 3 excellent restaurants only 10 minutes drive away. The most famous of them is Martin Pescador, with the terrace right by the sea; the fish on their menu is always caught the same day in the morning, as well as the shellfish and scampi. If you like the latter two, try their tagliatelle for 2 people, named after the name of the restaurant and you won't regret it! While Trget is quite a sleepy little fishing village, Rabac (10km away) is always buzzing and more lively; here you will find a Blue Flag beach, bars, boutiques, patisseries and shops and lots of good restaurants. Less busy is Labin, 10-15 minutes drive away - go to the old town centre and walk along the cobbled streets with galleries or enjoy on the terraces of bars and restaurants by the main square, such as Velo Kafe, with a very good pizza and meat/fish menu. You will also find 3 supermarkets there as well as the central vegetable and fish market. Guest access ALL
