The Hoolet is a comfortable, contemporary home built over 4 levels in Crieff, sleeps 6+a baby, and gained a Visit Scotland Four Star Award again in 2023. We also have a Green Tourism Silver Award. All within easy walking distance of the town centre, parks and countryside walks! The space The kitchen is very well equipped, and we provide tea, coffee, cooking oil, condiments and a selection of herbs. The study can double as a baby room and a travel cot & high chair are available on request. The Hoolet is a modern and comfortable house with an EPC Rating C (77&74). House Rules! A very warm welcome! We really want you to enjoy your holiday here in The Hoolet and to get the best out of the house, the garden, Crieff and the surrounding very beautiful area. To that end, we have a set of House Rules to facilitate your stay. 1. Do please tell us if there is a problem with the house when you arrive, or if one arises during your stay. We want it all to be just right for you - and for our subsequent guests! 2. The other rules! - - No smoking - Please don't wear outdoor footwear indoors - No pets (this is because some of our own regular guests have severe allergy problems with a wide range of animals, even "hypoallergenic" ones, unfortunately) - No naked flames except for the gas hob in the kitchen, so no candles, fires or barbecues. No deep fat frying - eg chip pans - Stick to the rules about what you can and can't put down the sink drains and the toilets - you risk paying costly call out charges if you don't! Heating and hot water are set to work continuously 24/7. - Please comply with the local Council's rubbish/recycling guidance - see notices on the kitchen bins When you're leaving us - - Please strip the sheets and pillowcases from the beds you've used and put them along with your used towels in the bathroom - it's a big help for the cleaning team - thank you! - Please empty the bins. Take your glass jars and bottles to a recycling bin - the nearest one is in the Co-op supermarket car park opposite the far end of Carrington Terrace. - Leave the house clean and tidy with everything in place We very much hope you'll have enjoyed your stay and will have happy memories of your holiday. Guest access Guests have sole use of the three bedrooms, family bathroom, lounge, kitchen, dining room with sheltered south-facing deck and balcony, utility room and garden including the drive. Use of garage space to store bikes, canoes, golf equipment, mobility scooters etc can be arranged in advance - also the ability to re-charge mobility scooters, electric bikes and golf caddies.
