Our beach house sits literally ON THE SEASHORE. DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE GARDEN TO THE BEACH. In less than a minute you are on beach. It is only 50 m away from it. At night you can literally fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Our holiday house is fully furnished in contemporary light insular style and gives you a bright beach feeling. The enviable gated garden and veranda provides privacy and relaxation. The light insular interior provides you comfort, relaxation! The space Our beach house consists of a large, comfortable open plan living room with sliding doors to the private garden veranda and a fully equipped kitchen, with a breathtaking sea view, also opening onto the private garden veranda, which is covered by pergolas giving you the opportunity to relax under the shade, enjoying the breathtaking sea view, while having your breakfast or lunch. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The Bedrooms are spacious equipped with fans and give you a relaxing and comfortable environment and have ample fitted wardrobes/storage space. Two of them have double beds and the other one has twin beds. A baby cradle is also available. There are two bathrooms which are spacious, and an outside shower in the garden area in case you want to just refresh yourself or even just rinse the salt water of your skin. Guest access The beach house is close to a mini market, two Greek Taverns and a chilled out coffee/loungbar on the other side of the beach, in such a distance that there is not a single noise to interrupt your serenity. Other things to note For the health and comfort of all guests smoking is not permitted inside the beach house. SMALL dogs allowed after previous bilateral written agreement. Cats unfortunately are not allowed, since a member of our family is allergic to cats. In case anyone is allergic to dogs or cats kindly note that dogs and cats have been inside the house in the past. Please note that due to the fact that the sewage system in the beach area is delicate, NO toilet paper (or ANY other object) is allowed in the toilets. Registration Details 00001586150
