1 Bedroom with Private Entrance

My house is in a nice family community that has a small town atmosphere. There is a lot to do within walking distance. It is a half hour drive to the ocean and several beach communities. It is close to several major freeways and public transportation. The space The room is furnished. It has a queen size bed, night stand , a chest of drawers, and a tv with built in DVD and cable access. There is a single cup keurig coffee machine on the night stand. There is a fold up, portable, compact study desk, an iron and ironing board, and a few other items for the guest's use in the guest room closet. There is a private entrance/exit to/from this room, as well as access to the enclosed screened ìn patio. On the patio there is an outdoor tv with cable, an Alexa Echo, a refrigerator (10.1 cu ft.), a kitchen cart containing a microwave, and a toaster oven, and an outdoor cabinet with additional supplies solely for the guest's use. The yard is fenced in with a fire pit, outdoor dining and a built in bbq with a small refrigerator, and an attached sitting area with 2 bar stools. The guest room has a private, remodeled bathroom, that is right outside the guest room. My bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the guest room so there is privacy for both parties. Guest access A welcome basket with breakfast bars, fruit and pastries, will be provided upon arrival. Guest will have restricted access to the shared laundry room inside the house which remains locked when not in use. Time of use must be coordinated and mutually agreed to by the guest and host. There is also a shared screened in porch with a tv off the guest room, almost exclusively for the guest's use, also a shared gazebo, bbq, fire pit, fenced in yard, dining area and laundry sink outside the house. Wednesdays is street sweeping day on both sides of the street. If you're home on that day of the week between 8 am and 12 pm and have a car, you will need to make arrangements to move your car during that time. All other days and times there is free parking on the street. A 10 speed bicycle with a basket and a beach cruiser with a basket are available for an additional charge of $2.00 a day or $50 per month. During your stay I will be happy to give the guest a tour of the city, provide information on public transportation and I will be available to answer any questions. Other things to note There are a lot of restaurants, a coffee shop, a cinema, a gym, a shopping mall and a bowling alley with arcade games all within walking distance from the house. There is also a park with a public swimming pool that is open during the summer months. The park also has free basketball and tennis courts available. There is public transportation to 2 nearby colleges in Long Beach and to the ocean and beach community of Long Beach.
