Our "Côté Truffes" Gite offers you a dream vacation in the heart of nature, in the heart of the country of the famous black diamond: Sorges-et-Ligueux-en-Périgord. The house of more than 120 m2 was completely redesigned in 2019 and invites you to a perfect rental where you will feel right at home! The space Our Côté Truffes vacation rental is a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. We have favored a simple but refined decor in the color of winter and summer truffles... white and black are present throughout the house!!! Our cottage, quiet and green, sets the tone from the entrance to the large living/dining room overlooking a beautiful terrace, to meet with friends or family around a beautiful table during a barbecue or to bask in a deckchair. The kitchen open to the living room has been designed to make good dishes: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The floor has 3 beautiful bedrooms including a master suite, a dormitory for 3 children, a bathroom and a toilet. We have everything planned to accommodate the little ones: baby bed, high chair and bathtub, etc. A plus: a laundry room, adjoining the kitchen, has been created with a washing machine for practicality! For everyone's comfort, USB sockets and Wi-Fi are available. The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The very natural garden is enclosed and not overlooked! A heated pool (June to mid September depending on weather conditions) awaits you in complete tranquility and safety. In any season, a ping-pong table and a petanque court are freely available. In winter, come and enjoy warm moments around the stove installed in the living room. All you have to do is put your bags down in this little cocoon... The rental price of the cottage does not include linens (sheets, towels, tea towels). This service can be offered at an additional cost. A rental agreement will be drawn up for any rental of a week or longer.
