Bootshaus No. 7 - Vacation on the water

Live on the water in the boathouse The boathouse is located in a row with others on the idyllic Black Lake. At night you can hear the waves under the house gently beating on the shore, in the morning you can go swimming directly from the terrace. The house is small but has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: 1 bedroom with a narrow double bed and a single bed, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom (extra cottage in the garden) as well as the terrace with panoramic views The space Our grandpa built the boathouse. It is very small and simple and is perfect for couples or small families (children should be able to swim, as you are right on the water). It is not suitable for groups (e.g. 2 couples), as the space is limited and it can become cramped in bad weather. The location and surroundings are fantastic and we are happy to share this beautiful place with you. The mobile reception is now quite okay, unfortunately we do not have Internet either. There is of course a TV and a few books and board games, but the main attraction is definitely the lake. Other things to note Since it is a row house, there are of course neighbors. The interaction is very warm with everyone - you greet each other, have a chat every now and then and of course show consideration for each other. Since sounds echo strongly over the lake, it is not allowed to turn on music or please leave the boombox at home - if you can't stand silence, it's probably not the right place for you ;-)
