This luxury condo is perfectly suited for a day at Wrigley Field or a night downtown. Great for couples, families, corporate events and a group of friends looking to experience everything this beautiful city has to offer. The space When other hosts say “close to Wrigley Field” they are blocks away. This house is literally STEPS away from the ballpark! The building is less than 300 feet away from Wrigley Field (1 min walk) and was featured in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times during the 2016 World Series Final (Game 7). We had an incredible party on our patio and lawn and a huge crowd gathered outside on Sheffield Ave to watch the TV on our downstairs neighbor's front porch (check airbnb pics). Triumph, the insult comic dog was filming in our lawn for the last out. The building is definitely in the heart of all Wrigleyville action! The house is modern (new construction) with easy access to the CTA Red line to get downtown quickly. 1 min walk to Starbucks. Very safe building with security system and police station just a block away. Kitchen has top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) along with quartz counter tops, and soft-close cabinets. Master bedroom is spacious with his and hers walk-in closets. The en suite bathroom has an all steam, rainfall shower head, handheld body sprayers along with heated floors! The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. Plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. Coffee and other premium kitchen and bathroom amenities are included as well. PLEASE NOTE : Noisy Neighbourhood due to prime location! Since the condo is literally steps away from a train station (CTA Red Line) and a major ballpark (Wrigley Field), it can get noisy sometimes. Upstairs neighbour has a friendly dog that barks for attention. We understand this can become an inconvenience for some guests. For your convenience, we have provided a white noise machine for guests who have trouble sleeping in noisy environments. Chicago is a city unlike any other.
