Close to the apartment are cafés, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, and beauty salons. The Vatican museums and St. Peter’s Basilica are within walking distance and all the other most famous locations in Rome can be reached in just a few minutes by Metro. The apartment has two bedrooms (one has a double bed and one has two single beds that can become another double bed if needed), a living room with a kitchen nook, a full bath with shower, and a half bath. We can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children The bedrooms have air-conditioning and a chair bed. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with free Internet Wi-Fi, dinnerware, a microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cups, sheets, towels, a TV, a washing machine, and an electric iron. Prices vary according to the season. Daily rent for two (2) persons: Additional persons: 15 Euros each per night. The price is all inclusive. This price does not include the city of Rome tourist tax (5 Euros per person per day up to a maximum of 10 days. This tax does not apply to children 10 years of age or under). Upon arrival you must pay a security deposit of 250 € Euros (cash). This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, provided that the home rules conditions are met.
