Hearty breakfast and garage with EV outlet. The location is quiet, in the heart of the city, in the historic district. The space This old house on the ramparts in the city center, ideal during the Visa pour l'image festival, is our main residence. There are no children but 2 lovely adult cats. We have a very nice terrace where we have breakfast together in the summer. In the historic center, the adjoining garage is very useful and economical! Guest access I welcome you myself and we have breakfast together. I'll adjust to your check-in time. During your stay Breakfast is included in the room price, we have it with you in a friendly atmosphere. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful city of Perpignan and give you the right addresses. We only offer this room during periods when we are not working, because we bend over backwards to make our guests feel at home. Other things to note The price includes sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo, cleaning, use of the garage for your vehicle, as well as breakfast. If you want to go to the beach, we lend beach towels and a parasol. You won't be charged any additional fees.
