This newly arranged independent house is well exposed, and is ideal for 2 and 1 baby. Sleeping area with 1 bed of 160, bedside tables, wardrobe/ shelves, dressing table or desk. The baby bed can be installed there. Living room area with 1 fixed bench, 1 convertible armchair and floor lamp for a reading area, watching TV or listening to music with the Bluetooth speaker or mini-channel Satellite TV. DVD player Dining area with table, 4 chairs and sideboard. The kitchen open to the dining room and living room is furnished and equipped: refrigerator and freezer, 3-burner glass-ceramic hob, small oven-grill and microwave oven. Small appliances with welcome tray, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dishes and kitchen accessories to prepare all meals. Renovated bathrooms: 1 separate shower room with vanity, mirror and XXL shower area. 1 separate toilet with hand basin. 1 garden terrace with garden furniture, parasol and gas grill, facing east & south with views of the fish pond and large garden. Guest access You will have access to: Relaxation area covered by a high dome: - Swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. on request, heated by heat pump. Secure swimming pool of 9 m * 4 m. height 1.35 m. - 4-seater SPA/Hot Tub, accessible all year round from 5pm on request This covered Relaxation Area is open until 7 p.m. in winter and 8 p.m. in summer, and is to be shared with other guests staying on the property. The Rules of the relaxation area will be sent and signed upon arrival. All guests without swimwear will be prohibited from entering the relaxation area. Like the cottages, the Relaxation Area is NON-SMOKING 2) Private parking enclosed and closed at the entrance to the property with 3 spaces reserved for the 3 cottages. For more independence: 1 Parking badge with the keys to the cottage. 3) Garden furniture, pool accessories, outdoor games, board games are available to guests. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided in sufficient quantity for the number of guests on site. 1 bed of 160 with mattress covers, duvets and pillows. Hot water by cumulus in permanent heating for greater comfort. Gas central heating (01-11 to 20-03). Ironing kit: ironing board, iron and clothes rack. Cleaning kit: bucket, broom and washcloth, as well as a bagless vacuum cleaner. Dish soap, liquid soap, multi-purpose product available for troubleshooting.
