This newly furnished detached house enjoys a good aspect and is ideal for 3 adults and 1 baby. Sleeping area with 1 queen bed, nightstands, wardrobe / shelves, dressing table or desk. The crib can be set up there. Living area with 1 sofa bed, 1 wingback armchair and a floor lamp, creating a space for reading, watching TV or listening to music via the Bluetooth speaker or mini stereo system Satellite TV. DVD Player Dining room space with table, 4 chairs and dishwasher. The kitchen open to the dining room and living room is furnished and equipped: refrigerator and freezer, 3-burner ceramic hob, small grill oven and microwave. Small appliances with its welcome tray, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Dishes and kitchen accessories to prepare all meals. Renovated sanitary spaces: 1 separate shower room with vanity, mirror and shower area xxl. 1 separate toilet with handwasher. 1 garden terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and gas plancha, facing East & South with views of the fish pond and the large garden. Guest access You will have access to: Relaxation area covered by a high dome: - Swimming pool accessible from 10 a.m. on request, heated by heat pump. Secure swimming pool of 9 m * 4 m. height 1.35 m. - 4-seater SPA/Hot Tub, accessible all year round from 5pm on request This covered Relaxation Area is open until 7 p.m. in winter and 8 p.m. in summer, and is to be shared with other guests staying on the property. The Rules of the relaxation area will be sent and signed upon arrival. All guests without swimwear will be prohibited from entering the relaxation area. Like the cottages, the Relaxation Area is NON-SMOKING 2) Private parking enclosed and closed at the entrance to the property with 3 spaces reserved for the 3 cottages.
