Normandy gîte with beautiful fountain

The cottage has just been renovated, it's brand new. The gîte is located in the quiet countryside, close to the city, 4 kilometers from Saint-Lô. It consists of a large living space, it is bright with its two bay windows and with its mezzanine. It is equipped with a fitted kitchen. On the ground floor, a bedroom that can accommodate a disabled person with direct access to the bathroom. Upstairs, the mezzanine overlooks the living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. Other things to note If you don't want to do the cleaning before your departure, you can take the cleaning package at the rate of €100. You can choose to rent linens and towels at the rate of €10 per person. In July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights.
