We try to make you feel at home in our flat. Designed as a place we would like to stay. Access through external door to 2 flats both rented out on Airbnb. Not a large flat but a very cosy space. I love my newly renovated shower room with spacious shower cubicle and Grohe shower. Large mirror which provides lovely mood lighting when dimmed. Double bedroom with quality linen and storage space. Lounge/kitchen area has sofa bed and fitted kitchen with a 40 inch LED smart TV with internet access The space Our wee place is within walking distance of the City Centre but still in a quiet residential area. We have a parking permit for on street parking. We have a superb bakery just down stairs. If the lights are on, you can knock on door to buy their beautiful products and their coffee is great. Supermarket just 5 minute walk away as is access to the river. We have a sofa bed in lounge area and will supply linen when requested. We charge a small fee of £25 to cover linen and laundry costs when 2 people are staying at the flat. Guest access The entire place is for your use.
