Outdoor gas fire pit, Chase loungers, tables, chairs, outdoor living room with a large Flat-Screen. Complete privacy in our large tropical pool & yard space. The Pool holds 28,000 gallons of water, and it takes a ton of expensive propane to heat & keep it at a perfect 86 degrees for you. Especially during our Cold Desert nights. But it is worth it! Gas prices are insane right now! *Pool heat for 4 to 7 night stay time: $375 in Oct. Then Nov., Dec., Jan., and Feb. $475 due to extreme Cold nights. March $375 a week, April $300 a week. The rest of the year heat is not needed! 1.) Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am in our neighborhood. Please remember the neighbors are not on Vacation. 2.) Pets: The only Pets allowed are one Dog. Must be 20 LBS or less. 2 small dogs by Special permission. A picture of the dog will be required before access is granted. Guest access The house, the resort yard space, and the pool are all yours and all inside our personal gated, private home. ** You will need to pay and secure your "Guest/Renters" pass from the HOA office if you choose to use the Community Amenities. ** Or simply hang out at our private resort home and soak up the good times.
