Our 150 year old and stylishly renovated house has ground floor and 1st floor. Total area approx. 130 sqm with slopes on the 1st floor. max.5 people. Optimal are 2-3 adults and 2 children. The place is and close to all the regional attractions. The space A house of this type is not a second time in the area. It is extremely different from the usual cottages. It is equipped with a lot of love for detail. You feel very safe and it is ideal for retreating from the hectic world. Comfort does not have to be waived. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, oven and dishwasher. Dishes and cooking utensils are sufficiently available, as are a capsule coffee machine, stovetop espresso maker, milk frother, toaster, kettle and a large fridge/freezer. The house is equipped with sufficient number of towels, bed linen and kitchen towels. There is a central heating system that provides pleasant warmth in the winter months. Several fireplaces are available for the feel-good heat or alternative heating. Firewood is sufficiently available in the garden shed and can be fired at no additional cost. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Guest access The house has terraces all around on which you can linger in the shade or in the sun depending on the time of day. There is garden furniture made of polyrattan (lounge), teak wood (dining table, chairs and benches) and a Weber charcoal grill. There is a table tennis table in the garden (incl. Rugs and balls) and a large trampoline (3.60 meters diameter with net) available for children. There are 2 parking spaces on the premises that can be used free of charge. Other things to note The sleeping arrangements are divided as follows: 1 double bed (2 x 2 meters) in the living/bedroom on the 2nd floor (traditionally the master bedroom) 1 single bed (90 cm x 2.00 meters) on the ground floor in a closed-off room 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) in the open area on the 2nd floor, which can only be separated by a curtain (ideal for children) The living room/bedroom has a huge sectional sofa with a TV, satellite reception and an Amazon Cube. In the room on the first floor, there is a large game collection with all the classic games at your disposal. Wifi access in the house. . Everyday items such as spices, vinegar and oil, Kleenex, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, wine, etc. are provided and can also be used or consumed. We only ask that you get a new supply when it is used up. Please note that since 2018, the town of Bernbeuren has been charging a visitor's tax per guest. This is 1.00 for individuals, 0.50 for pupils and students, and for families, 1.00 for the first person and 0.50 for each additional person per night. Registration forms and a small cash box are available in the house. Please leave the fee with us on-site. We will then remit the fees to the municipality.
