Our 150 year old and stylishly renovated house has ground floor and 1st floor. Total area approx. 130 sqm with slopes on the 1st floor. max.5 people. Optimal are 2-3 adults and 2 children. The place is and close to all the regional attractions. The space A house of this kind is not found a second time in the area. It is extremely different from the usual vacation homes. It is equipped with a lot of love for detail. You feel very safe and it is ideal for retreat from the hustle and bustle of the world. There is no need to forego comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, oven and dishwasher. Dishes and cooking utensils are sufficiently available, as well as a capsule coffee machine, espresso machine for the stove, milk frother, toaster, kettle and a large refrigerator. The house is equipped with towels, linens and kitchen towels in sufficient number. There is a central heating system that provides pleasant warmth in the winter months. Several wood-burning stoves are available for feel-good heat or alternative heating. Firewood is sufficiently available in the garden shed and can be fired up at no additional cost. The bathroom has a washing machine. Guest access The house has terraces all around where you can linger in the shade or in the sun depending on the time of day. There is garden furniture made of teak wood and a Weber charcoal grill. In the garden there are 2 table tennis tables (incl. Clubs and balls) and a large trampoline (3.60 meters in diameter with net) for children. There are 2 parking spaces on the premises, which can be used free of charge. Other things to note The sleeping arrangements are divided as follows: 1 double bed (2 x 2 meters) in the living/bedroom on the 1st floor (classically the master bedroom) 1 single bed (90cm x 2.00 meter) on the ground floor in enclosed room 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) in the open area 1st floor, to be separated only with curtain (ideal for children) In the living/bedroom there is a huge couch landscape with TV, satellite reception and DVD player. A small collection of children's DVDs is there. In the ground floor room there is a large collection of games with all the classic games at your disposal. WIFI access in the house.. Daily use things such as spices, vinegar and oil, Kleenex, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish soap, wine etc. are available and can also be used or consumed. We just ask to get something new when it's used up. Please note that since 2018, the place Bernbeuren charges a spa fee per guest. This is 1,- for individuals, for pupils and students 0.50 and for families the first person 1,- each additional 0.50 / night. A registration certificates and a small cash register are available in the house. Please leave the fee on site with us. We will then send the fees to the municipality
