Eleni Villa is a stone built villa, 1km away from the beach. It is built on a hill and offers unobstructed view over the sea. It has a private pool, a barbecue and a big lawned area. The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. The space Villa Eleni is built on a hill 800m away from Maleme village, on a place offering an amazing view to Cretan Sea. The area was one of the most important fields of the battle of Crete. It was the place where the German parachutists were landed. In front of the villa is the old airport, the centre of replenishment for the western Crete during the war and 700m after the villa is the German military cemetery. Today Maleme is famous for its clear, long beaches and lots of tourists choose it for their vacations. Eleni is a stone-built villa of 120 sq.m., built on a private property of 1.000 sq.m. In front of the house there is a private pool with sunbeds around it and a big area covered by grass, where kids can play safely. At a covered, shady corner there are a barbecue and a table with chairs, where you can enjoy your meals. Each point of the garden offers breathtaking view to the village, the coastline and the blue sea. The villa has two floors. At the ground floor there are a cosy living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, where a bathroom, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are found. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have French doors leading to private balconies with view to the sea. Other things to note The pool is 35sq.m. and its depth is 1.65m at the shallow end and 1.75m at the deep end.
