Country house entirely available for you and there will be not other guests presents. There is a private area of 2000 m2, completely fenced and also equipped to welcome your animal friends (see list of facilities for welcoming animals). You will find Wi-Fi, due TV, free bicycles and privacy. You can make return day trips to Ferrara, Verona, Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Mantua, Florence, the Adriatic Sea beaches and Lake Garda. The house is cleaned and sterilized with each change of guest. The space The residence It is made up of two adjacent buildings, an older one, built starting from the 17th century and the other, more recent, built in the 19th century. The most recent wing has been completely restored respecting the original typology of the rural house and to restore the atmosphere of the ancient peasant life. The house consists of kitchen, living room with fireplace, study, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The kitchen is perfectly equipped complete with dishes, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All linen and bath towels are provided. There is a study overlooking the garden, available to guests staying to work from home. It is equipped with a desk, fast Wi-Fi, printer and sofa. The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, internet and obviously outdoor parking. There are two TV Sony at your disposal. The external area of 2000 square meters is completely fenced and equipped with an automatic entrance gate for cars and people. There are willows, poplars, lime trees, maples, oaks, walnuts and many fruit trees. The park in front of the house is perfect for enjoying the fresh air in relaxation and in the silence of the countryside. The outdoor area is equipped with a table, benches, garden chairs, deckchairs for the sun and a mobile barbecue excellent for grilled meat. We normally receive guests in person but upon request you can check in independently. Upon arrival we always provide a bottle of excellent prosecco from Valdobbiadene. Since five years we have had to temporarily move to Ferrara for work.
