Wine & enjoyment: sleep directly in one of the most beautiful wine regions in Austria. Located at the foot of the Eisenberg, very modern furnished wooden cabin with large terrace and large garden. Fireplace oven and gas grill are also provided. Rented by a winemaker with a huge selection of wines in the wine cabinet. Buschenschänke and Heurigen in the immediate vicinity. Fenced parking. Free internet with 30MBit! The Chalet can be air-conditioned in summer. The property borders on the right side of a single-family house with children. On the left and back of the property, you have a free wonderful view of the vineyards of the Eisenberg. Property is fully fenced - ideal for your four-legged friends! COVID cancellation insurance Don't forget! There is a corona safety and breakdown package with us. If you or your fellow passengers become ill with COVID and are unable to take part in the trip, you will be reimbursed 100% of the costs. Of course, this also applies if you are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions (e.g. lockdowns, entry restrictions). In the event of a COVID disease, we require official confirmation with QR code. The space The property is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Eisenberg. The entire property is enclosed and the gateway to the driveway lockable. Parking is right at the property. In the cottage there are a maximum of 2 small dogs or a large dog welcome!!!! There are only three rules that need to be respected: 1) Please put away and dispose of dog houses in the garden or meadow 2) On the couch please no dogs, except with dog blanket of course. 3) Also in the bed please no dogs. In winter (Nov - March) we bring you small wood to heat the fireplace directly to the cabin. That's why prices are also slightly higher in winter. There is also an electric heater that can heat the whole house. Of course, it gets really warm and cuddly in connection with the fireplace. A washing machine with dryer function is available at the house. Also an ironing board, as well as a drying rack. Please note that the legally required local tax has to be paid separately and in cash (1.50 EUR per night per person). We have a modern air conditioning.
