Fireplace and gas grills are also available. Rented by a winemaker with a huge selection of wines in the wine cabinet. Close to Buschenschänke and Heurigen. Fenced parking. Free Internet with 30 Mbit! The chalet can be air-conditioned in summer. The property borders a single-family house with children on the right side. On the left and rear property border, you have a wonderful view of the vineyards of Eisenberg. The property is completely fenced - ideal for your four-legged friends! COVID cancellation insurance Don't forget! We have the Corona safety and cancellation package. If you or your fellow travelers get COVID and cannot participate in the trip, you will be refunded 100% of the costs. Of course, this also applies if you are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions (e.g. lockdowns, entry restrictions). In the event of COVID disease, we need official confirmation with a QR code. The space The accommodation is in a very quiet area at the foot of the Eisenberg. The entire property is fenced and the gate to the entrance can be locked. Parking is right at the property. A maximum of 2 small dogs or one large dog are welcome in the vacation home!!!! There are only three rules that must be respected: 1) Please remove and dispose of dog droppings in the garden or on the meadow immediately 2) No dogs on the couch, except with a dog blanket of course. 3) Also, no dogs in bed. In winter (Nov - March) we bring you small wood to heat the fireplace directly to the hut. That is why prices are slightly higher in winter. There is also an electric heater that can heat the whole house. Of course, it gets really warm and cozy in conjunction with the fireplace. A washing machine with dryer function is available in the house. Also an ironing board with iron, as well as a clothes rack. Please note that the statutory local tax must be paid separately and in cash (EUR 1.50 per night per person). We have a modern air conditioning system. Other things to note The property borders on the right side of a detached house with children. On the left and rear property border, you have a wonderful unobstructed view of the vineyards of Eisenberg.
