It is so popular that guests return year after year. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment extends to 135 square meters, providing generous space for a family of 6. It is built to the highest standards, with all the comforts of home. A separate children's pool is attached to the large main pool. The gardens/pool are shared by eight apartments. The space We bought this duplex apartment in Dalyan because of its combination of secluded location and ease of access to all the many and varied attractions of the town, including very friendly locals and great restaurants. The duplex apartment is of excellent build quality and has been fitted out to a high standard - the marble floors help keep the place cool in the heat of summer and with windows all round it is always light and airy. Guest access Guests have full use of the duplex apartment which is located on the top two floors of the building, with the main living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the first floor. Three balconies extend from these bedrooms and the living area, with views of the mature gardens, pool and surrounding mountains. The balconies enable you to seek the sun all day, or indeed to have shade if you prefer. The third bedroom and second bathroom are on the top floor of the building. The spacious living/dining area includes a sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, a dining table and 6 chairs, a TV cabinet complete with flat-screen television, cable TV, and DVD player. Patio tables and chairs are on all the balconies. The fully-fitted kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, teapot and all the cooking and dining utensils a family would require. A dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, barbeque, ironing board/iron are also included. We also provide sun-bed covers for the exclusive use of our guests.
