Interiorly, the villa is characterized by a modern style highlighted by minimalist furnishings and large windows that emphasize the sea view. The ground floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, a double bedroom (with extra cost), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. A magnificent staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where there are two more double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub under a glass wall. The villa is equipped with individual air conditioning units per bedroom and free Wi-Fi. The heat infinity pool (10m x 4m) will allow you to enjoy the view, even while swimming, warmed by the Sicilian sun. The splendid terrace leads to the bocce court, while the large veranda surrounding the villa allows you to dine in the shade surrounded by nature (typical of the Ragusa area), full of olive and carob trees. The villa is perfect for groups of up to 12 people; bocce, darts, ping pong, and basketball are very popular with our guests.
