Rural gîte, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets, for 6 people maximum, adjoining the "Le Grand Bois" gîte and the owner's house, completely new, located in the village of HELFAUT, 9 km from Saint-Omer, its lively city center, its cathedral, the Audomarois marsh classified by UNESCO, the Maison du Marais, the Coupole d'Helfaut (World War II museum), access to the A26 highway at 3 km, the 2 Caps, Calais, etc... ATTENTION: read the "description" and "other remarks" sections carefully The space ATTENTION: FOR COMPANIES OR PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL: 3 PEOPLE maximum (because 3 bedrooms): PRIOR REQUEST to be made! ATTENTION: Only 1 small or medium-sized dog allowed (except July and August) after AGREEMENT with the owner: paid service €8/day. In July/August: check-in on Saturday or Sunday and checkout on Saturday The cottage, adjoining the "Le Grand Bois" cottage, includes an entrance, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor. Each bedroom gives access to a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Private and closed parking, enclosed land. It consists of a ground floor: an entrance, a double bedroom (140 x 190), a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet; a fully equipped living room-kitchen (electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, raclette machine, croque and waffle maker...), 1 corner sofa for 4 people and 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV with satellite decoder (foreign channels) and a pellet stove. Upstairs, on one side: an unusual triple bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 bed 90 x 190) with balcony, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and on the other: a bedroom with 2 beds 80 x 200 that can be combined into one bed 160 x 200 (photo), a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. ATTENTION: read the "description" and "other remarks" sections Guest access The cottage overlooks the common ground of the 2 cottages, fully enclosed with closed courtyard and parking, flower garden with garden furniture, barbecue, access to outdoor games (small wooden house, slide, swing, trampoline). Adult and children's mountain bikes, a ping pong table are available and many hikes are possible in complete tranquility. Other things to note - I also rent a furnished tourist apartment classified 3 * called "la belle époque"  , 2 bedrooms , 5 people in the heart of Saint-Omer , on an Airbnb pro account. - FOR COMPANIES OR PROFESSIONAL TRIPS: 3 people maximum because 3 bedrooms - 1 dog only allowed (except July and August) after AGREEMENT of the owner: paid service €7/day - deposit €250 to be paid on-site, returned on the day of checkout after inspection. -Electric consumption is capped at 30kwh/day: any overshoot will be charged €0.20/kwh. - ATTENTION: 1 pellet bag offered, the following(s) €5/bag. - linens included - Toilet linens €3/person. - Tourist tax: €0.50/person/day to be paid on site.
