It is the ideal place to regenerate in total relaxation or to spend a romantic and relaxing holiday, simple in its furnishings and spacious in its spaces, a hospitable place where children and pets are also welcome. Green Villa is a corner of paradise perfect for enjoying absolute tranquillity and maximum privacy, in a country setting. “Green Villa Mondello” is on two levels, is at exclusive use of guests. On the ground floor we'll have a beautiful and modern kitchen, a living room furnished in contemporary style, with a beautiful white sofa, “Calligaris” dining table and “kartell” chairs, 50-inch TV and open-fireplace, bathroom (only wc) and a sofà bed. The house is equipped with mosquito nets in each room, internet WI-FI and air conditioning. On the first floor, a double bedroom beautifully furnished, bathroom with shower, a lovely room with queen-size bed, furnished with care and love. There is also a child bed and a camp bed for children. The outdoor area is very large and tastefully decorated, equipped with comfortable lounge and armchairs, table and chairs for alfresco dining, barbecue, bicycles and washing machine. The most important shopping mall in Sicily, the Conca d'Oro, is at 2min drive. The villa is strategically located near the entrance to the motorway, ideal for touring the island.Finally, guests can rent out an English/French speaking tour guide also available for transfers from/to the airport. Pet lovers are welcome to the house, extra € 100 per week. From November to April consumption (energy - gas and water) are extra. Paying after the presentation of the bill or forfait. Car is necessary to move around. Guest access WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCALS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ORGANISE PARTIES. The Villa has a large private car park, free WI-FI service. A car is necessary to move around the area. Outside there is a large barbecue. Check in from 15.00 to 21.00 free. Other things to note The Villa is the ideal place for those who love to travel and those who want to visit the outskirts of Palermo, since it is located a few meters from the motorway to Catania and Mazara del Vallo / Trapani.
