Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home is located in Dies, in the middle of the Gelbach Valley, in the Westerwald. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion opportunities, hiking, cycling and motorcycling, swimming in the lake 4 km away, diving in the Diezer Baggersee, canoeing on the Lahn, a visit to the Gackenbach Wildlife and Leisure Park, a shopping tour in the outlet in Montabaur, wellness in the Emser Therme or a visit to Koblenz with its cozy old town, cable car, Deutsches Eck, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. The space Our vacation home was built in 1974 and offers 118 square meters of living space. It was completely renovated in 2019! The entire space is for the exclusive use of our guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 crib and a changing table are also available), a large living room with fireplace, the use of which is only permitted in the winter months from November to February (I reserve the right to allow the use of the fireplace after instruction) and a directly adjacent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a high-quality bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Bed covers, fitted sheets, towels can be provided at a fee of €7 per set/person. Feel free to bring your own bed linen. Parking spaces for 3 cars or motorcycles are available on the premises. There is a large lawn in front of the house with a terrace and grill. The use of the charcoal grill and the fire pit is expressly only permitted in the designated barbecue area on the lawn! Depending on the current classification of the forest fire hazard, open fire is prohibited! You can get the latest information from us. Restaurants can be found nearby. Nearest shopping (Rewe) 4 km (Lidl, Aldi) 10 km Other things to note Our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people (max. occupancy including children). The nightly price is for/up to 4 people. Each additional person pays an additional fee per night, which is €25. Children up to 12 years are free. Please do not specify this when booking, only in a personal message to us landlords. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people including children! The check-in time on weekdays is variable due to work, so it is best to ask by message before booking. Installers only by prior arrangement. Free WiFi! Important!!! PLEASE READ !!!!!! Parties, bachelor parties, etc. are not welcome and not allowed in our vacation home! Charging an electric car with the in-house electricity is not allowed! Please use the public charging stations for this! Thank you! We continue to attach great importance to disinfecting our accommodation. Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs are available for you. For long-term stays, our free laundry service is at your disposal. Lastly, our parquet floor in the living room is very sensitive.
