Maximum capacity of 4 people, including babies (1 baby max for volume reasons). Located away from the main house, only street access is shared. Modern and comfortable house, fully tiled, wellness atmosphere, including: - large entrance - separate toilet with sink - bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom: 140 cm bed, quality mattress, closet-wardrobe, walk-in shower, large sink, heated towel rail and washing machine. - 30 m2 kitchen-living room with large windows, the main one facing south: Living room table, 4 chairs, sideboard Sofa bed (140 cm bed, 16 cm high quality mattress), coffee table, 107 cm flat screen TV and DTT channels - Wi-Fi - reading nook - Hi-Fi tower with CD player, FM radio, Bluetooth, USB key - lighting by integrated spotlights, adjustable intensity - adjustable air conditioning with remote control - Fully equipped modern kitchen: induction stove, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, storage cupboards, resin sink, illuminated worktop. Available: coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and utensils. In order to allow you to settle in peacefully, we provide you with a base such as: sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, coffee, coffee capsules, herbal teas, paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper. We ask that you replace them if used, they are not replaced during your stay. - Electric shutters, controlled mechanical ventilation, outdoor lighting - Large L-shaped terraces with table, chairs and parasol, 2 deckchairs, 3-burner gas barbecue/grill, relaxation lounge - Possibility on request of providing a baby crib (only one crib accepted in the accommodation), a high chair, toilet seat reducer. - Bed and bath linen is provided for the week as well as dish towels, (for stays longer than 7 days a new set of clean linen will be provided). - We count on your involvement with regard to the respect and maintenance of the premises (furniture and real estate), effective cleaning will be requested before any departure. We charge a cleaning fee for the total disinfection of the accommodation between each stay, these fees include: - disinfection of doorknobs, windows, switches, passageways and amenities - degreasing and disinfecting the range hood filter - degreasing and disinfection of dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator - window washing In addition, all linens are systematically washed at 60 degrees and ironed.
