The space Private, spacious 2-floor suite at Sunset Lodge. 2nd fl. bedroom w/ King bed + bath. 1st fl. living room, bar sink & dining table. A/C & Heat; Wi-Fi and two HD smart TVs. Suitable for a couple, or adults traveling with a child. In 1890s guesthouse, high ceilings and original oak floors. Bar sink with micro, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, electric water kettle, toaster; dining table with dishes. (Please note: gas fireplace seen in photos is not operational.) Guesthouse has 2 other suites. Each suite has complete privacy, with separate keypad-locked entries. The central hallways & front porch are the only common areas of the house. There are two guesthouses at Sunset Lodge, total of 7 suites. Quiet Hours after 10 pm please - refrain from loud noises or boisterous socializing. No smoking within 150 feet of buildings and common areas. No motorcycles near houses - park near road please. Please inquire about boats or trailers - usually it's OK, but we ask for advance notice due to limited space.
