This bungalow has been constructed and decorated to provide to holidays makers the opportunity to enjoy all the facilities and amenities of their own home whilst away from home. Surrounded by a vast green protected area. Great to 4 adults and 2 kids The space Vale da Silva Villas is your home away from home! Casa da Avó has a history dating back to over 100 years. The whole state comprises the main house, where Isabel, the villa's owner, has set her residence,The Back Yard House(Casa do Fundo), The Upper House (Casa de Cima), The Wooden House (Casa de Madeira) and The White House (Casa Branca). Vale da Silva, where the properties are located, is set in a beautiful ecologic area only 15 minutes away from Aveiro town, also known as the Venice of Portugal, where you can enjoy moliceiro trips (gondola) through its various canals. Aveiro offers numerous activities alongside with it's stunning sandy beaches such as surfing, kite surfing, sailing and fitness. It also has a great night life and shopping areas such as Forum Aveiro set above on one of the main canals of the city. The city of Aveiro is also a short drive to the wine regions of Bairrada and Douro, known worldwide for its Port wine. Each house can accommodate from 4 to 8 people and they are fully furnished, apart from the Tree House that only accommodates 2 people. All guests have access to a shared swimming pool and horse stables. The spaces are ideal for holidays and weekends. We have created a restful and peaceful retreat where every house has been carefully constructed and decorated to provide holidays makers the opportunity to enjoy all the facilities and amenities of their own home whilst away from home. Surrounded by a vast green area, Vale da Silva is the perfect place for you and your family or friends to relax and disconnect from the stress of everyday's life. Whether you have or not much time to be away from home, but still wish to enjoy some peace and quiet, Vale da Silva Villa's is your best answer. Casa do Fundo - The Backyard House The Backyard house is a modern bungalow that was constructed in a corner of the main garden and it's surrounded by trees and bushes to give to the guests the most privacy as possible. The house was carefully decorated to create a cozy and chilled environment so the guests can feel at home! The house has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, 2 sofa beds in the living room, kitchen with fridge, microwaves and a glass-ceramic hob and extractor; cable TV; bathroom with a shower. Guests in this house have access to a shared swimming pool that is right next to the bungalow and also near to the Upper House. You can also enjoy the surrounding gardens where you can just relax and take a nap in one of ours Brazilian nets or entertain yourself with your family and friends doing a barbecue all day long! Pets are welcome! Guest access Shared SwimingPool, horse riding (ask in advance) barbecue, gardens, nature. Other things to note I have 3 horses and several goats on the farm, 5 turtles, 4 dogs that stay at their private kennel and 6 rescued and friendly cats that stay in the gardens.
