Villa Adamite is a two bedroom vacation rental, cozy and homelike, with a private pool, ideal for a unique traveling experience in the historic areas of Sounio and Lavrio in South Attica and the picturesque nearby islands. The space Villa Adamite is named after one, of almost 500 kinds of minerals, that were excavated in the mines of the nearby area of Lavrio (funding the growth of Ancient Athens), is built in a minimal Mediterranean style, offering all the contemporary amenities, creating a home away from home feeling to our guests. Villa Adamite is 90 sq.m., ideal for companies of 2 to 8 people, arranged on three levels. The main entrance on the ground level, leads to a comfortable living room with an operating fireplace while adjoined there is a furnished dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Both rooms share a large balcony that offers a relaxing view of Pasha Bay. A WC is also available on this level. A staircase leads to the upper level, where all three bedrooms are located, all with their own balcony, sharing a bathroom with shower & bathtub. The washing machine installation also lies here. Villa Adamite offers a unique feature. With an interconnecting downward ladder you reach the fourth bedroom in a completely autonomous area with private side entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen and dedicated outdoor area. This one bedroom facility, namely Studio Thorikosite, is also available for rental as an autonomous unit during low season. No matter the use, the key always remains to the ones enjoying the studio. The spacious exterior common area (700 sq.m.) is paved with stone plaques and includes a private, 72 sq.m. Swimming pool (6x12m), with sun lounge chairs and umbrellas and a well maintained garden with flowers, herbs and trees. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining area available for the guests of the villa, with a covered wooden pergola, right next to the BBQ and wooden oven installation. The villa is equipped with manually controlled A/C, Solar boilers, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet access, telephone and electronic safe. Housekeeping is available 3 times per week's stay and there is also rotating pool cleaning. A host is available 24/7 and always present upon arrival of our guests, to welcome them, offer them the key and show them around the house. A car rental is suggested, for transportation and in order to fully experience Sounio, Lavrio and the greater area which is offering a vast array of places to visit and activities to engage with.
