Each bedroom offers sea views and pool access. The back kitchen allows you to store a maximum of groceries. You will find a second fridge, a washing machine and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron and finally, a clothes rack. Guests can also relax in the living room, a spacious area with TV, board games and Wi-Fi access. A few steps will take you to the sleeping area where you will find two bedrooms, toilets, a spacious bathroom with storage and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms overlook a small shared terrace. Finally, on the lower level you will find the family room with a double bed, storage and a separate bedroom with a bunk bed and the possibility of putting a mattress in it. From this room you will have access to the separate shower room and toilet. To ensure everyone maintains their privacy, an outdoor shower room is available with a shower and toilet. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the house, garden and pool. The property is located inside a closed private estate. A garage is located at the entrance to the villa.
