The space The urbanization Tierra de Irta "Las Calas" has a beautiful garden and large swimming pool. The sea and the calanques are within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Other things to note GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS   Article 1: The rental may not be occupied by a number of people greater than that stipulated in the rental agreement (including children). Beyond this consumption, a flat rate of 15€ per 50 KW will be charged automatically (any tranche started is due). Water consumption is limited to 4M3/H per week. Beyond this consumption, a flat fee of €10 per 1 M3/H will be charged automatically (any tranche started is due). SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon entering the premises, the Lessee will give the Lessor or his representative, the sum in cash of 250.00 Euros (two hundred and fifty Euros) as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
